Founder & Chief Executive Officer: Jason Brown

Jason Brown is a seasoned executive leader and licensed Professional Engineer with over 19 years of proven success driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth, market expansion, and innovative product launches across global automotive, mobility, manufacturing, and defense sectors.

Prior to founding Keychain Business Solutions, Jason held senior leadership roles at industry leaders including Director of Customized Solutions at Webasto — a premier international systems partner to the mobility industry — where he directed teams generating multi-million-dollar annual sales while spearheading e-mobility initiatives that scaled new markets to substantial recurring revenue within three years. At Red Dot Corporation, an industry leader in heavy-duty HVAC systems, he advanced rapidly through engineering and management roles while personally designing industry leading solutions for major OEMs such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, and more that delivered millions in new annual revenue.

His experience blends together marketing, engineering, and business management skills founded by degrees in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Business Administration degree where he was elected to honors societies Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma placing him in the top 10% of all graduate students.

He has the ability to understand problems quickly and execute solutions effectively earning 4 promotions over 8 years of work from entry level engineer to director level managing several market segments generating millions of dollars per year. He has the unique perspective of seeing and interacting with the whole chain of command; from working with assembly workers to build and ship products to presenting high impact presentations to the CEO and management teams.

In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and working on his entrepreneurial projects such as an AI optimized automated home beer brewing system.
